Hidalgo (CDHEH), Javier Ramiro Lara Salinas, imparti\u00f3 la conferencia: \u201cProtecci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y defensa de los derechos humanos en Hidalgo\u201d a integrantes de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Abogados de Latinoam\u00e9rica, en las instalaciones de Consejo Coordinador Empresarial de Hidalgo. Destac\u00f3 la importancia de promover la cultura de los derechos humanos desde la infancia para avanzar en dicha materia.
