La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) a trav\u00e9s de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Promoci\u00f3n, Difusi\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n, edit\u00f3 el Cuaderno de Investigaci\u00f3n N\u00famero VI con el tema principal “Derechos humanos, Transparencia y Acceso a la informaci\u00f3n”.<\/h4>

Como se explica en la presentaci\u00f3n editorial, el ejercicio del derecho a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica es utilizado como herramienta primordial para garantizar el principio de transparencia y mejorar la calidad en la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica, mediante la participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda en procesos de gesti\u00f3n, deliberaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/h4>
