La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) informa que inici\u00f3 queja de oficio, derivado de los hechos ocurridos el pasado 7 de septiembre donde pacientes del Hospital General de Zona N\u00famero 5 del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) de Tula, fallecieron a consecuencia de la inundaci\u00f3n por el desbordamiento del r\u00edo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

La queja CDHEH-TA-0176-21<\/strong>, se inici\u00f3 por el Derecho a recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica integral y el Derecho a una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica libre de negligencia.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Por tratarse de una autoridad federal, ser\u00e1 competencia de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (CNDH).<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Por otro lado, esta Comisi\u00f3n inici\u00f3 la queja de oficio CDHEH-TA-0177-21<\/strong>, para verificar el actuar de las y los servidores p\u00fablicos en torno a las condiciones en que se dio la inundaci\u00f3n en Tula y que afect\u00f3 a diversos municipios de la entidad.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Dicha queja, en principio, est\u00e1 dirigida al presidente, as\u00ed como, al director de Protecci\u00f3n Civil Municipal de Tula y, al titular de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos del estado.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

La investigaci\u00f3n se inicia para efecto de verificar si hubo vulneraci\u00f3n del: Derecho a la integridad y seguridad personal, Derecho a la suficiente protecci\u00f3n de persona, Derecho a la debida diligencia, Derecho a las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Derecho a obtener servicios p\u00fablicos de calidad.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Cabe destacar que, ambas quejas fueron iniciadas en la Visitadur\u00eda Regional de Tula de Allende.<\/h4>
