CNDH Y CDHEH CELEBRAN REFORMAS QUE RECONOCEN EL<\/strong><\/h4>

\u00a0DERECHO DE LAS MUJERES A LA INTERRUPCI\u00d3N LEGAL DEL EMBARAZO<\/strong><\/h4>

\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>

<<Dichas modificaciones obligan a crear mecanismos de acceso oportuno a servicios de salud y abonan al respeto de los derechos de las mujeres <\/strong><\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (CNDH) y la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) celebran la aprobaci\u00f3n de las reformas al C\u00f3digo Penal de la entidad que reconocen el derecho exclusivo de las mujeres a la maternidad voluntaria y el acceso a la Interrupci\u00f3n Legal del Embarazo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Ambas instituciones respaldan dichas modificaciones con las que se evitar\u00e1 la criminalizaci\u00f3n y estigmatizaci\u00f3n de las mujeres que decidan interrumpir un embarazo y se garantizar\u00e1 el acceso al aborto legal, seguro y gratuito; lo que, a su vez, establece la obligaci\u00f3n de crear mecanismos de acceso oportuno a servicios de salud y abonar, con ello, al pleno respeto y ejercicio de los derechos de las mujeres en el contexto de una vida digna y ciudadan\u00eda plena.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Asimismo, el Estado debe generar todas las condiciones necesarias y suficientes para el ejercicio pleno de este derecho, lo que conlleva tambi\u00e9n la NO CRIMINALIZACI\u00d3N DE LA MUJER por ejercer su derecho sexual diferenciado y proteger esa decisi\u00f3n, sin establecer DERECHOS ABSOLUTOS.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Las reformas legislativas aprobadas colocan a Hidalgo como la tercera entidad que respeta el derecho de las mujeres a decidir, por lo que la CNDH y la CDHEH hacen un reconocimiento a las y los diputados del Congreso local que contribuyeron a su realizaci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

La libertad en la autodeterminaci\u00f3n personal y la inviolabilidad del cuerpo son derechos que tenemos todos y, en el marco de los derechos sexuales, la maternidad voluntaria es uno de ellos, pues se refiere a la refiere a la decisi\u00f3n, exclusiva de las mujeres, de ejercer tal derecho.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Bajo las condiciones sociales, econ\u00f3micas, culturales y jur\u00eddicas existentes, la mayor\u00eda de las mujeres se encuentran en una posici\u00f3n de desigualdad, al ser discriminadas o criminalizadas por el ejercicio de este derecho diferenciado, pleno y exclusivo sobre su cuerpo, por lo que las reformas al C\u00f3digo Penal de la entidad representan un avance significativo para asegurarles una vida digna.<\/h4>
