La CNDH y la CDHEH de manera conjunta, como \u00f3rganos constitucionales aut\u00f3nomos protectores de derechos humanos, desde nuestras respectivas competencias, condenamos los lamentables hechos relacionados con la detenci\u00f3n de la Dra. B.H.R. y la posterior p\u00e9rdida de su vida al interior del \u00e1rea de retenci\u00f3n municipal del Ayuntamiento de Progreso de Obreg\u00f3n, Hidalgo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Hacemos un llamado en\u00e9rgico y urgente a las autoridades competentes de procuraci\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n de justicia para que las investigaciones, diligencias y debido proceso se hagan con estricto apego a la ley, aplicando los protocolos correspondientes sobre perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y feminicidio, evitando la impunidad y sancionando a los responsables por los delitos que por acci\u00f3n u omisi\u00f3n hayan cometido.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Derivado de tales acontecimientos la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) inici\u00f3 queja de oficio bajo el n\u00famero CDHEH-VPO-0016-21, refiriendo el Derecho a la legalidad y Seguridad Jur\u00eddica, Derecho a valoraci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, Derecho a la Vida y Derecho a preservar la vida humana, como hechos violatorios, misma que se encuentra en el proceso de integraci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

De manera conjunta, exhortamos a las autoridades competentes para que promuevan entre lo integrantes de las instituciones de Seguridad P\u00fablica, en todos los niveles de jerarqu\u00eda, los protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n y de uso de la fuerza; inclusive, en las detenciones a presuntos infractores del Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito, e incorporen la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, a fin de considerar todos los elementos diferenciadores aplicables a las mujeres en estos procedimientos.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
