El estado de Hidalgo fungi\u00f3 como sede del LIII Congreso Nacional de la Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Organismos P\u00fablicos de Derechos Humanos en la cual, la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del estado de Hidalgo ostenta la Vicepresidencia de la Zona Este dentro del esquema que integra en cuatro zonas a las Comisiones de Derechos Humanos de las entidades del pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos.<\/h4>

La Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Organismos P\u00fablicos de Derechos Humanos (FMOPDH), fue constituida el 23 de septiembre de 1993 como resultado de la integraci\u00f3n del nuevo Sistema Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n No Jurisdiccional de los Derechos Humanos. Agrupa 33 Organismos P\u00fablicos de Derechos Humanos en M\u00e9xico y cuenta con 27 a\u00f1os de experiencia en pro de la defensa y promoci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Cuatro mesas de debate, una conferencia magistral y un panel de reflexiones sobre el papel del sistema no jurisdiccional en la implementaci\u00f3n de la reforma constitucional en materia de derechos humanos fueron las actividades centrales de este Congreso Nacional que se desarroll\u00f3 en las instalaciones del Centro de Control, Comando, Comunicaciones, C\u00f3mputo, Coordinaci\u00f3n e Inteligencia (C5i Hidalgo), con participaci\u00f3n presencial y virtual de todos sus integrantes.<\/h4>

Como representante del poder ejecutivo estatal, el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno clausur\u00f3 los trabajos de este Congreso Nacional que tuvo por tem\u00e1tica central \u201cA 10 a\u00f1os de la Reforma Constitucional de Derechos Humanos. Retos y perspectivas desde el sistema no jurisdiccional\u201d; en donde refiri\u00f3 que \u201clos derechos humanos son un bien p\u00fablico que hay que defender y proteger, que exigen un activismo permanente pues de lo contrario podr\u00edamos retroceder en lo que se ha logrado.\u201d<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
