Personal de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) se capacit\u00f3 en materia de \u201cPerspectiva de Derechos Humanos y Vulnerabilidad” como parte del Mecanismo de Monitoreo Estatal Independiente sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad y el Observatorio de este organismo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

De esta forma, personal de visitadur\u00eda general y secretar\u00eda ejecutiva, fueron capacitados sobre aspectos relevantes en la atenci\u00f3n a grupos vulnerables y su inclusi\u00f3n, con la finalidad de brindar un mejor servicio, teniendo como base el principio de igualdad y la no discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

El Mecanismo de Monitoreo Estatal Independiente sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad funciona como una estructura de protecci\u00f3n, defensa, supervisi\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n para dar seguimiento a la implementaci\u00f3n de la Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad en la entidad.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Entre sus objetivos, se encuentra el contribuir en la constante mejora del contexto de este grupo vulnerable, en colaboraci\u00f3n con los 31 \u00f3rganos aut\u00f3nomos de protecci\u00f3n de derechos humanos y su equivalente a nivel nacional.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

El Observatorio de la CDHEH es un espacio de investigaci\u00f3n, reflexi\u00f3n y generaci\u00f3n de conocimiento aplicado referente a la cobertura y garant\u00eda de los derechos humanos de toda la poblaci\u00f3n hidalguense.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Los grupos (nodos) que atender\u00e1 el Observatorio de la CDHEH, son: Ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes; personas con discapacidad; miembros de pueblos y comunidades ind\u00edgenas; personas discriminadas por su preferencia sexual; personas en reclusi\u00f3n y sistema penitenciario; seguimiento a v\u00edctimas; estudios de g\u00e9nero; migraci\u00f3n; periodistas; as\u00ed como, defensoras y defensores de derechos humanos.<\/h4>
