Como parte de la Municipalizaci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos, el noveno Diplomado en Derechos Humanos y No Discriminaci\u00f3n, que realiza la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) con el aval acad\u00e9mico de Universidad La Salle Pachuca, est\u00e1 dirigido a enlaces de 43 municipios de la entidad.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Lo anterior, con la finalidad de que la atenci\u00f3n que brindan servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos municipales sea con perspectiva de Derechos Humanos y No Discriminaci\u00f3n, en el marco de una Cultura de la Paz.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n del Diplomado, el ombudsperson Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que esta capacitaci\u00f3n forma parte de los convenios que la Comisi\u00f3n estatal pondr\u00e1 en marcha con todos los ayuntamientos y concejos municipales, con la finalidad de trabajar en favor de los Derechos Humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Explic\u00f3 que, en el art\u00edculo primero de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, se establece dicho compromiso y, si se trabaja en coordinaci\u00f3n se obtendr\u00e1n mejores resultados en apoyo a los grupos vulnerables.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/h4>

El Diplomado est\u00e1 compuesto por siete m\u00f3dulos: Introducci\u00f3n a los Derechos Humanos, La Reforma Constitucional en Derechos Humanos, El Derecho a la No Discriminaci\u00f3n, Igualdad de G\u00e9nero, Lenguaje Incluyente y No Sexista, Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n Universal y Sistemas Regionales de Protecci\u00f3n Internacional de los Derechos Humanos y Pedagog\u00eda de los Derechos Humanos.<\/h4>

Participan enlaces municipales de: Acatl\u00e1n, Actopan, Almoloya, Atotonilco El Grande, Chilcuautla, Cuautepec de Hinojosa, Eloxochitl\u00e1n, Emiliano Zapata, Epazoyucan, Francisco I. Madero, Huautla, Huazalingo, Huichapan, Jaltoc\u00e1n, La Misi\u00f3n, Metztitl\u00e1n, Mineral de la Reforma, Mineral del Chico, Mineral del Monte, Omitl\u00e1n de Ju\u00e1rez y Pachuca de Soto.<\/h4>
