FELIX SOTO EN DEFENSA DE LOS DERECHOS DE LA CIUDADAN\u00cdA MINERALREFORMENSE<\/strong><\/h4>

Con la presencia del lic. Alejandro Habib Nicolas, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos y en compa\u00f1\u00eda de la doctora. Shadia Mart\u00ednez Lozada, presidenta del Sistema DIF de Mineral de la Reforma as\u00ed como autoridades del ayuntamiento, Israel Felix Soto, presidente municipal llev\u00f3 a cabo la \u201cFirma del Convenio de Colaboraci\u00f3n para la Municipalizaci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos, Mineral de la Reforma 2021\u201d.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Alejandro Habib Nicolas, presidente de la CDHEH, destac\u00f3 que la firma de este convenio es un paso gigantesco en materia de derechos humanos, ya que, el tema de la municipalizaci\u00f3n es un programa bastante ambicioso que este d\u00eda se cristaliza.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Explic\u00f3 que, el convenio se deriva de la obligaci\u00f3n constitucional que tienen las autoridades de trabajar por la protecci\u00f3n, defensa, promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos, es decir, tienen que realizar acciones en favor de estos, y las presidencias municipales son la primera instancia con la que tienen contacto las personas.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Asimismo, exhort\u00f3 a las y los presidentes, as\u00ed como los dos concejos municipales a que se sumen y sigan el ejemplo de Mineral de la Reforma, con el fin de que se realicen acciones concretas y en conjunto con resultados directos para la gente, la CDHEH es un aliado, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Felix Soto, mencion\u00f3 que es un d\u00eda muy importante para la ciudadan\u00eda, ya que con estas acciones su busca abatir las problem\u00e1ticas en Mineral de la Reforma, reafirmando el trabajo en conjunto que se har\u00e1 con la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del estado en favor de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y familias que pertenecen al municipio.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Los derechos humanos son las bases hist\u00f3ricas que proyectan la posibilidad de un mundo m\u00e1s justo y con m\u00e1s oportunidades para todas y todos, mencion\u00f3 el edil, obligando a las autoridades reformenses con la firma de este convenio a fungir como agentes de cambio para transformar la realidad de los derechos humanos de las personas, haciendo que las cosas realmente cambien ante las situaciones que se han presentado en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de cada ciudadano, en donde la defensa de sus derechos ser\u00e1 prioridad para la administraci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

Recalcando que trabajando hombro a hombro con el gobierno estatal velara por cada ciudadano, reafirmando que, su compromiso es
