data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH), Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s, rindi\u00f3 su Segundo Informe Anual sobre las actividades de este Organismo, en cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la Ley de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo y en el Reglamento de la misma.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Ante la presencia de las y los legisladores que conforman la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos y Atenci\u00f3n de las Personas con Discapacidad del Congreso del Estado de Hidalgo, el ombudsperson expuso las acciones realizadas del 1 de octubre de 2019 al 30 de septiembre de 2020.<\/h4><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h4><strong>PROTECCI\u00d3N Y DEFENSA<\/strong><\/h4><h4>Durante el segundo a\u00f1o de actividades, la CDHEH intervino en 6 mil 643 asuntos, de los cuales 4 mil 507 fueron orientaciones derivadas principalmente de problem\u00e1ticas entre particulares; adem\u00e1s, se formaron 956 Cuadernos de antecedentes y se iniciaron mil 180 quejas.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Asimismo, se emitieron cinco Recomendaciones espec\u00edficas, las cuales fueron dirigidas a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado y a las presidencias municipales de Zimap\u00e1n, Tenango de Doria, Cuautepec de Hinojosa y Apan, as\u00ed como 93 propuestas de soluci\u00f3n y 58 asuntos resueltos por amigable composici\u00f3n.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Con la finalidad de que las autoridades competentes formulen y conduzcan sus pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas dentro de los principios que rigen a los Derechos Humanos, visitadoras y visitadores acudieron a los 12 Centros penitenciarios, tres c\u00e1rceles distritales y al centro de internamiento para menores, realizando el Diagn\u00f3stico Penitenciario del 2019.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Adem\u00e1s, por primera vez en la historia de la CDHEH, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una audiencia p\u00fablica al interior del \u00e1rea femenil del CERESO de Pachuca, con el prop\u00f3sito de conocer las condiciones en que se encuentran las Personas Privadas de su Libertad, en relaci\u00f3n con la protecci\u00f3n y garant\u00eda de sus Derechos Humanos.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>El servicio de WhatsApp de la Comisi\u00f3n constituye un mecanismo f\u00e1cil, pr\u00e1ctico y accesible, el cual est\u00e1 disponible las 24 horas del d\u00eda; a trav\u00e9s del n\u00famero 771 360 02 70, se atendieron 117 orientaciones, 26 quejas y 35 cuadernos de antecedentes.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Por otro lado, se realiz\u00f3 acompa\u00f1amiento en 69 operativos alcohol\u00edmetro.<\/h4><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h4><strong>PROMOCI\u00d3N, DIFUSI\u00d3N Y EDUCACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/h4><h4>Con el Teatro Gui\u00f1ol y el Cine Debate, la CDHEH ha llevado de manera divertida y cercana mensajes a la ni\u00f1ez sobre Derechos Humanos y no discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Se realizaron 59 presentaciones de obra de teatro a las que acudieron 4 mil 994 ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os. Con el Cine Debate se llevaron a cabo 49 presentaciones, acerc\u00e1ndose a 2 mil 319 estudiantes.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Se entreg\u00f3 la Medalla al M\u00e9rito en la Promoci\u00f3n y Defensa de los Derechos Humanos 2019 a la Fundaci\u00f3n La Fuente del Renacer A.C., la cual ofrece ayuda a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo en la zona oriente de Pachuca.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Adem\u00e1s, por primera vez en la historia de este organismo, se entregaron ocho menciones honor\u00edficas.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Durante este segundo a\u00f1o de gesti\u00f3n, la CDHEH, reforz\u00f3 los mecanismos de comunicaci\u00f3n y cre\u00f3 innovadores productos para su difusi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de Facebook, Instagram, Twitter y YouTube. En redes sociales se cuenta con m\u00e1s de 28 mil 880 seguidores y con las publicaciones se tuvo un alcance de un mill\u00f3n 764 mil 118 personas.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Se brindaron 482 pl\u00e1ticas informativas a 26 mil 840 personas y se impartieron 11 cursos\u2013talleres sobre derechos humanos a 412 personas.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Adem\u00e1s, se realiz\u00f3 la s\u00e9ptima edici\u00f3n del Diplomado con el aval acad\u00e9mico de la Universidad la Salle Pachuca, el cual fue dirigido a servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos de 10 dependencias de la administraci\u00f3n estatal.<\/h4><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h4>Durante el a\u00f1o que se informa se impartieron nueve cursos-talleres con el tema \u201cDerechos Humanos y no discriminaci\u00f3n\u201d, con un impacto de 332 personas alcanzadas.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Entre mayo y junio de este a\u00f1o, se capacit\u00f3 a mil 80 elementos de la Guardia Nacional de las nueve coordinaciones existentes en el estado de Hidalgo.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h4><strong>ACCIONES INSTITUCIONALES DURANTE LA EMERGENCIA SANITARIA POR COVID-19<\/strong><\/h4><h4>Desde el inicio de la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19, la CDHEH tom\u00f3 acciones para proteger la salud del personal y de todas las personas que acuden a la instituci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>A partir del 15 de marzo de 2020, tuvo un total de 2 mil 869 intervenciones, de las cuales, 510 fueron quejas, mil 939 orientaciones y 420 cuadernos de antecedentes.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Del total de intervenciones, 45 quejas, 105 orientaciones y 63 cuadernos de antecedentes, estuvieron relacionadas directamente con la pandemia, tambi\u00e9n resalta la participaci\u00f3n de visitadoras y visitadores como observadores en mil 249 puntos de revisi\u00f3n instalados por la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica estatal.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>PRESENTA OMBUDSPERSON ALEJANDRO HABIB NICOL\u00c1S SEGUNDO INFORME ANUAL DE ACTIVIDADES El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH), Alejandro Habib <a class=\"mh-excerpt-more\" href=\"https:\/\/cdhhgo.org\/home\/presenta-ombudsperson-alejandro-habib-nicolas-segundo-informe-anual-de-actividades\/\" title=\"PRESENTA OMBUDSPERSON ALEJANDRO HABIB NICOL\u00c1S SEGUNDO INFORME ANUAL DE ACTIVIDADES\">[&#8230;]<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":2729,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"elementor_header_footer","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[20],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2728","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.0 -
