La Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Organismos P\u00fablicos de Derechos Humanos (FMOPDH) reconoce el leg\u00edtimo reclamo de justicia para erradicar la violencia de g\u00e9nero contra las mujeres, la cual considera como un problema estructural en M\u00e9xico. Sus expresiones son m\u00faltiples e impactan de manera diferenciada a cada una en funci\u00f3n de sus condiciones personales y colectivas.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

A trav\u00e9s de un pronunciamiento, la FMOPDH, integrada por los organismos p\u00fablicos de derechos humanos de las 32 entidades federativas, entre ellas, la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH), explica que el Sistema No Jurisdiccional de Protecci\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos ha identificado patrones de violencia institucional a partir de la orientaci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n de los casos de violencia contra las mujeres por raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero que recibe d\u00eda con d\u00eda.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Sumado a lo anterior, los organismos p\u00fablicos de protecci\u00f3n de derechos humanos que lo integran han dirigido instrumentos recomendatorios a las diversas autoridades por la violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos de las mujeres, en particular, a las instituciones encargadas de la procuraci\u00f3n e impartici\u00f3n de justicia.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

En apego al mandato constitucional que le rige, el Sistema tambi\u00e9n ha contribuido con la promoci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos por medio de estrategias de formaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n del funcionariado p\u00fablico para prevenir y revertir la violencia contra las mujeres en raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Por lo anterior, la FMOPDH reitera el llamado a las autoridades a dar cumplimiento a los puntos recomendatorios que constan en los instrumentos emitidos, de modo que se pueda avanzar de manera acelerada hacia la eliminaci\u00f3n de las pr\u00e1cticas institucionales que permiten que la violencia de g\u00e9nero contin\u00fae y se arraigue en nuestra sociedad.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Asimismo, la Federaci\u00f3n manifiesta la necesidad de consolidar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en la formaci\u00f3n de las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas, de modo que su actuar garantice una interacci\u00f3n apegada al enfoque de derechos humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Los Organismos P\u00fablicos de Protecci\u00f3n a Derechos Humanos de las entidades federativas que integran la FMOPDH, rechazan categ\u00f3ricamente cualquier forma de criminalizaci\u00f3n hacia esta leg\u00edtima reacci\u00f3n social que visibiliza las condiciones de violencia extrema que viven d\u00eda a d\u00eda las ni\u00f1as y mujeres en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Finalmente, la Federaci\u00f3n reitera la importancia de hacer uso del marco jur\u00eddico existente para la garant\u00eda del derecho de las mujeres a vivir libres de violencia, as\u00ed como a optar por procesos de di\u00e1logo y concertaci\u00f3n con las v\u00edctimas, con el objetivo de atender su reclamo, brindarles soluciones concretas para restablecer su esfera de derechos y transformar, de manera acelerada, las estructuras institucionales que perpet\u00faan la violencia de g\u00e9nero contra las mujeres en el pa\u00eds.
