Derivado de las medidas preventivas ante la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19, durante los meses de junio y julio, la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) a trav\u00e9s de la coordinaci\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n, ha brindado capacitaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea a diferentes sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n, con la finalidad de que en su actuar no vulneren los derechos humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

De manera virtual, personal de este organismo capacit\u00f3 a funcionarios del H. Ayuntamiento de El Arenal en temas como \u201cAspectos generales de los derechos humanos\u201d, \u201cEl derecho a la no discriminaci\u00f3n\u201d y “Responsabilidades de servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos”.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

De igual forma, a trav\u00e9s de video conferencia personal docente y administrativo de la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica Metropolitana de Hidalgo (UPMH) recibi\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n con el objetivo de promover la igualdad sustantiva como parte de la cultura de los derechos humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Por su parte, el equipo t\u00e9cnico estatal del Consejo Nacional de Fomento Educativo (CONAFE) fue instruido en l\u00ednea, en temas como derechos humanos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, adem\u00e1s de aspectos generales de los derechos humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Asimismo, se brindaron pl\u00e1ticas a personal de la Unidad de Detecci\u00f3n y Diagn\u00f3stico de C\u00e1ncer de Mama (UNEME DEDICAM), para que identifiquen sus responsabilidades y salvaguarden los derechos humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Como parte de la s\u00e9ptima edici\u00f3n del Diplomado que realiza la CDHEH con aval acad\u00e9mico de Universidad La Salle Pachuca, se concluyeron en sesi\u00f3n virtual, los m\u00f3dulos \u201cLa reforma constitucional en derechos humanos\u201d, “Derechos humanos de las mujeres” y \u201cSistema de protecci\u00f3n universal y sistemas regionales de protecci\u00f3n internacional de los derechos humanos”.\u00a0<\/h4>

Presencia de la CDHEH <\/strong><\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

“El derecho a la no discriminaci\u00f3n por orientaci\u00f3n sexual” fue el tema que abord\u00f3 la subcoordinadora de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n de la CDHEH, Brenda Paloma Cornejo Cornejo en el Primer Conversatorio Virtual sobre Diversidad Sexual en la Vejez realizado con motivo del D\u00eda Internacional del Orgullo de la Diversidad Sexual.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Por su parte, el visitador t\u00e9cnico, Francisco Jaime Hidalgo Gonz\u00e1lez, fue ponente en el Conversatorio \u201cParticipaci\u00f3n social y derechos humanos\u201d realizado por la Junta General de Asistencia del Estado de Hidalgo para Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil y p\u00fablico en general.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Asimismo, el coordinador de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n de la CDHEH, Luis Roberto \u00c1vila, asisti\u00f3 al Primer Conversatorio virtual sobre Toma de conciencia del abuso y maltrato en la vejez, evento que lleg\u00f3 a otros pa\u00edses como Colombia, Costa Rica y Venezuela.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Cabe destacar que, la CDHEH tuvo presencia en la reuni\u00f3n en l\u00ednea que sostuvo la Alta Comisionada de Derechos Humanos de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), Dra.
