Luego que la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) solicit\u00f3 a la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica estatal (SEPH), a trav\u00e9s de la Recomendaci\u00f3n General RG-0001-2019, realizar un protocolo en materia de seguridad escolar, dicha dependencia dio respuesta.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Lo anterior, al emitir los Protocolos de Seguridad Escolar para Centros Educativos del Nivel Medio Superior en Hidalgo, publicados en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado (POEH), resultado de un trabajo interinstitucional con los que se ampl\u00eda la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos de alumnas y alumnos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Cabe destacar que, la CDHEH brind\u00f3 asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico en materia de derechos humanos para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los 17 protocolos, participando en reuniones de trabajo encabezadas por la Subsecretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n Media Superior y anteponiendo el Inter\u00e9s Superior de las Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

El objetivo de la Comisi\u00f3n es dar certeza a la efectivizaci\u00f3n del Derecho a la Vida, Derecho a la Preservaci\u00f3n de la Vida, Derecho a la Integridad F\u00edsica y Psicol\u00f3gica, Derecho al Desarrollo Pleno de la Persona, as\u00ed como al Derecho a la Educaci\u00f3n, salvaguardando el Derecho a la No Repetici\u00f3n de los actos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Por tal motivo, recomend\u00f3 elaborar un Protocolo Espec\u00edfico con el objetivo de contar con mecanismos y regulaciones donde se establezcan procedimientos, pasos, responsabilidades y alcances administrativos y jur\u00eddicos de las autoridades escolares que planeen, promuevan y desarrollen desde la autorizaci\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n y traslado del alumnado al que se pretende realice excursi\u00f3n y\/o visita cultural, acad\u00e9mica, deportiva o de cualquier \u00edndole que conlleve el traslado a otro lugar fuera del plantel educativo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Al protocolo solicitado por la CDHEH se sumaron otros m\u00e1s que se enuncian a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

1.- Puerta Segura.<\/h4>

2.- Simulacros.<\/h4>

3.- Reporte o aviso de problem\u00e1tica.<\/h4>

4.- Escuela Segura.<\/h4>

5.- Sem\u00e1foro o C\u00f3digo de Seguridad (Sistema Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil).<\/h4>

6.- Accidente en el centro educativo.<\/h4>

7.- Accidente en viaje escolar.<\/h4>

8.- Violencia en el \u00e1mbito escolar (cibern\u00e9tica, exclusi\u00f3n social, econ\u00f3mica, f\u00edsica, patrimonial, psicol\u00f3gica, moral, verbal y sexual).<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

9.- Abuso sexual.<\/h4>

10.- Venta y consumo de drogas y alcohol dentro del centro educativo.<\/h4>

11.- Intento de suicidio en el centro educativo de un miembro de la comunidad escolar.<\/h4>

12.- Robo y desaparici\u00f3n de objetos personales e institucionales dentro del centro educativo.<\/h4>

13.- Portaci\u00f3n de armas en el Centro Educativo.<\/h4>

14.- Uso de armas de fuego cortas o largas y\/o replica al interior del centro educativo y enfrentamiento con armas de fuego en las inmediaciones del centro educativo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

15.- Amenaza de bomba o artefacto explosivo<\/h4>

16.- Posible secuestro de un integrante de la comunidad escolar.<\/h4>

17.- Extorsi\u00f3n en la escuela.<\/h4>
