La reciente publicaci\u00f3n de la revista Propersonae<\/em> que edita la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH), aborda el impacto del Covid-19 en los derechos humanos, debido a que algunos de estos han sido afectados y tambi\u00e9n vulnerados durante el periodo de contingencia sanitaria.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Los art\u00edculos de opini\u00f3n que se podr\u00e1n encontrar en esta edici\u00f3n de la revista Propersonae<\/em> son los siguientes: \u201cAcciones de protecci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos durante la pandemia de Covid-19\u201d por el Lic. Javier Ramiro Lara Salinas, visitador general de la CDHEH; \u201cMujeres confinadas en el lugar m\u00e1s peligroso: su hogar\u201d por la Dra. Tania Meza Escorza, activista y acad\u00e9mica.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u201cInfancia, derechos humanos y pandemia\u201d por el Dr. Iv\u00e1n Espino, maestro en juicios orales y doctor en derecho penal; \u201cViolencia contra personal de salud, signo de p\u00e1nico en pandemias\u201d por Areli Mu\u00f1oz Cruz, m\u00e9dica epidemi\u00f3loga; \u201cDerechos humanos y el r\u00e9gimen penitenciario ante la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19\u201d por el Lic. Francisco Jaime Hidalgo Gonz\u00e1lez, visitador t\u00e9cnico de la CDHEH.<\/h4>

\u201cEconom\u00eda, empresas y derechos humanos laborales frente a la pandemia por Covid-19 en Hidalgo\u201d por el Mtro. Salvador Franco Cravioto, coordinador general de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva de la CDHEH; y \u201cPueblos y comunidades ind\u00edgenas ante el Covid-19 y los derechos humanos\u201d por la Dra. Silvia Mendoza Mendoza y el Mtro. Alban de Jes\u00fas P\u00e9rez Espinosa, catedr\u00e1ticos de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de Hidalgo.<\/h4>

Cabe destacar que, la CDHEH ha implementado diversas estrategias para continuar garantizando la defensa, promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de los derechos humanos, entre ellas, el Cine Rese\u00f1a, con el cual mediante la recomendaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas se promueve el an\u00e1lisis del Derecho a una vida libre de violencia, la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres y la No discriminaci\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

A trav\u00e9s de video conferencias, la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n de esta Comisi\u00f3n ha llevado a cabo capacitaciones en l\u00ednea a servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos de instituciones como el Centro Estatal de Evaluaci\u00f3n y Control de Confianza (C3) y la Direcci\u00f3n General de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos y Derechos Humanos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/h4>

Adem\u00e1s, se contin\u00faa con las labores de defensa y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos a trav\u00e9s de las visitadoras y los visitadores, quienes brindan atenci\u00f3n en las oficinas centrales ubicadas en Pachuca y las 12 visitadur\u00edas regionales.<\/h4>
