data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>La Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Organismos P\u00fablicos de Derechos Humanos (FMOPDH) de la que forma parte la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH), hizo un llamado a todas las autoridades federales, estatales y municipales, para que, conforme a la normatividad nacional e internacional, se garanticen los derechos humanos.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Lo anterior, en atenci\u00f3n a los principios <em>pro personae<\/em>, de prevenci\u00f3n, transversalidad con enfoque de derechos humanos, perspectiva de g\u00e9nero e interculturalidad y m\u00e1xima protecci\u00f3n en todas las medidas y acciones que lleven a cabo.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Explic\u00f3 que, el Sistema No Jurisdiccional de Derechos Humanos se mantiene vigilante para evitar, como est\u00e1 sucediendo en otros pa\u00edses, que se desarrollen amenazas graves a los derechos humanos derivadas de las restricciones o ejecuci\u00f3n de las acciones para implementar tales medidas.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>En ese contexto, la FMOPDH considera que la emergencia sanitaria que se vive no debe convertirse a la vez en una crisis de derechos humanos, sino que debe considerarse en una oportunidad para hacer efectivos los deberes de promover, respetar, proteger y garantizar los derechos humanos, particularmente a los grupos de poblaci\u00f3n en riesgo.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Esta Federaci\u00f3n se pronuncia para que se establezcan las debidas garant\u00edas bajo el principio de m\u00e1xima protecci\u00f3n, conforme a los siguientes puntos:<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><h4>Implementaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de medidas preventivas, de apoyo y de atenci\u00f3n integral.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Medidas para garantizar los derechos de operadores y personal del sector salud, as\u00ed como a personas portadoras o contagiadas del virus.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Medidas de protecci\u00f3n y garant\u00edas para la atenci\u00f3n a personas pertenecientes a grupos de atenci\u00f3n prioritaria o en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Medidas de protecci\u00f3n y seguridad ciudadana y p\u00fablica.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Medidas para prevenir y atender la violencia de g\u00e9nero en el \u00e1mbito familiar.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>La FMOPDH hace un llamado al Consejo de Salubridad General, as\u00ed como a los poderes ejecutivos de las entidades federativas a no dar cabida a situaciones que deriven en suspensi\u00f3n de derechos.<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>Esas son las bases m\u00ednimas sobre las que se deben dar las respuestas para enfrentar la magnitud y gravedad de la emergencia sanitaria que se vive.
