La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) y la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos de San Luis Potos\u00ed (CEDHSLP), a trav\u00e9s de sus presidentes Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s y Jorge Andr\u00e9s L\u00f3pez Espinosa, firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para llevar a cabo acciones de capacitaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n en derechos humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Ambos organismos protectores de los derechos humanos, se comprometen a desarrollar, en la poblaci\u00f3n y en los servidores p\u00fablicos de sus respectivas entidades, los conocimientos, conceptos y m\u00e9todos necesarios para llevar a cabo los trabajos de formaci\u00f3n en dicha materia.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Previo a la firma de este convenio, el presidente de la CDHEH, acudi\u00f3 a las instalaciones del Centro de Control, Comando, Comunicaciones y C\u00f3mputo (C5) de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica de San Luis Potos\u00ed (SSPSLP), a exponer la Recomendaci\u00f3n General No. 01\/2018 y el Protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n policial para el control de multitudes.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Ante funcionarios de la SSPSLP, elementos de la Guardia Nacional y polic\u00edas municipales de esa entidad, el ombudsperson hidalguense, expuso las acciones encaminadas a prevenir la violencia colectiva en el estado de Hidalgo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Habib Nicol\u00e1s los felicit\u00f3 por contar con un Centro de Control, Comando, Comunicaciones y C\u00f3mputo (C5), ya que, es un avance importante en materia de seguridad, y resalt\u00f3 que la tecnolog\u00eda les permite a organismos como la CDHEH desarrollar mejor el trabajo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

El secretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica de San Luis Potos\u00ed, Comisario Jaime Ernesto Pineda Arteaga, resalt\u00f3 que el intercambio de experiencias en materia de actuaci\u00f3n de fuerzas de seguridad en temas de intentos de linchamientos, les permite reforzar el compromiso en beneficio de toda la sociedad.<\/h4>
