La segunda reuni\u00f3n ordinaria de la zona Este de la Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Organismos P\u00fablicos de Derechos Humanos (FMOPDH) tuvo como sede el Centro de Control, Comando, Comunicaciones, C\u00f3mputo, Coordinaci\u00f3n e Inteligencia de Hidalgo (C5i).<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

El titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno, Sim\u00f3n Vargas Aguilar, indic\u00f3 que los derechos humanos son fundamentales para lograr una sociedad m\u00e1s justa ya que estos son un valor que se defiende universalmente.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Asegur\u00f3 que a\u00fan queda camino por recorrer para consolidar en la realidad lo que la Constituci\u00f3n y los tratados internacionales establecen.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en Hidalgo se combate la pobreza para que los hidalguenses tengan derecho a un nivel de vida digno, prueba de ello, es el segundo lugar obtenido en \u00a0las las evaluaciones del Coneval, como uno de los estados que m\u00e1s est\u00e1 haciendo para combatir la pobreza.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

De la misma forma, mencion\u00f3 los trabajos que se realizan para garantizar que la sociedad hidalguense tenga acceso a derechos como: educaci\u00f3n, salud, seguridad, cultura, entre otros; con el objetivo de lograr un Hidalgo humano e igualitario a trav\u00e9s de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que tienen en el centro de las mismas a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

La finalidad de los trabajos organizados por la FMOPDH es coincidir y aprender de las experiencias y \u00e9xitos a favor de la gente, teniendo como compromiso m\u00e1s importante el de servir al pr\u00f3jimo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Namiko Natzumoto, presidenta de la Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Organismos P\u00fablicos de Derechos Humanos y presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos de Veracruz, dijo que esta segunda reuni\u00f3n ayudar\u00e1 en el fortalecimiento de cada sistema, comisi\u00f3n, defensor\u00eda y procuradur\u00eda en el pa\u00eds.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

De esta forma la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) que preside Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s, se convirti\u00f3 en la anfitriona de sus hom\u00f3logos de Puebla, Estado de M\u00e9xico, Morelos, Tlaxcala, Quer\u00e9taro, San Luis Potos\u00ed y Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Los temas que se trataron durante esta reuni\u00f3n, fueron: Acciones de Inconstitucionalidad; Organismos de derechos humanos y sistema post penitenciario; Observatorio de municipios con alerta de violencia de g\u00e9nero detonada; Mecanismo de protecci\u00f3n para las personas defensoras de derechos humanos y periodistas; Migraci\u00f3n y trata de personas; Suicidios en Ceresos y c\u00e1rceles distritales; Importancia de la Federaci\u00f3n y su fortalecimiento.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
