Por instrucciones del presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH), Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s, la coordinaci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n particip\u00f3 con la ponencia \u201cProcuraci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos ante la creciente incidencia de los \u00edndices de violencia colectiva\u201d en el Primer Congreso Internacional sobre Derechos Humanos, Democracia, Cultura de Paz y No Violencia celebrado en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid (UAM), dando inicio al trabajo de vinculaci\u00f3n entre ambas instituciones.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

En el Congreso organizado por el Instituto de Derechos Humanos, Democracia, Cultura de Paz y No Violencia (DEMOSPAZ) de Espa\u00f1a, el coordinador de Investigaci\u00f3n de la CDHEH, Fabi\u00e1n Hern\u00e1ndez Galicia, resalt\u00f3 el papel de la Comisi\u00f3n para garantizar el acceso de los derechos humanos en torno a los \u00edndices de violencia colectiva que derivaron en una recomendaci\u00f3n general y a su vez en la creaci\u00f3n del Protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n policial para el control de multitudes ante el riesgo de violencia colectiva.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

La investigaci\u00f3n de la CDHEH se public\u00f3 en el libro de actas de dicho Congreso con registro de autor e ISBN, pasando las revisiones editoriales internacionales, logrando con ello, el intercambio de ideas entre expertos mundiales en pro de la garant\u00eda de la paz y procuraci\u00f3n de derechos humanos universales.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

El coordinador de Investigaci\u00f3n de la CDHEH, realiz\u00f3 reuniones de vinculaci\u00f3n con los responsables de DEMOSPAZ y la UAM, asimismo, inici\u00f3 pl\u00e1ticas para consolidar un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la finalidad de que el personal de esta Comisi\u00f3n pueda capacitarse en materia de Derechos Humanos, con un m\u00e1ster certificado por dicha universidad espa\u00f1ola.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>
