\u00a0<\/strong>El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH), Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s, participa en el L Congreso Nacional y Asamblea General Ordinaria de la Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Organismos P\u00fablicos de Derechos Humanos (FMOPDH) que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo los d\u00edas 25 y 26 de abril en el estado de Zacatecas.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

El evento que congrega a los ombudsperson de las diferentes entidades del pa\u00eds, cont\u00f3 con la asistencia del Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Derechos Humanos (CNDH), Luis Ra\u00fal Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez, quien enfatiz\u00f3 que no se puede permitir que los avances en materia de derechos humanos se reviertan.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que el reto de la CNDH y de los organismos locales hom\u00f3logos es fortalecer la credibilidad y confianza de la sociedad en el sistema de protecci\u00f3n no jurisdiccional de defensa de los derechos humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Por \u00faltimo, plante\u00f3 el adoptar un plan b\u00e1sico de acci\u00f3n enfocado en fortalecer la tarea pedag\u00f3gica sobre el sistema ombudsperson, defensa de la autonom\u00eda y atribuciones del ombudsperson y reforzar su presencia p\u00fablica frente a los abusos de poder y los requerimientos de las v\u00edctimas.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Durante el Congreso Nacional se impartir\u00e1n conferencias magistrales, entre las que destacan: \u201cReforma Constitucional en materia de Guardia Nacional: su contenido, alcances jur\u00eddicos y su impacto en ejercicio de los derechos humanos\u201d; \u201cRetos y perspectivas de la Democracia y los Derechos Humanos en M\u00e9xico\u201d; \u201cLos retos en la implementaci\u00f3n de las leyes secundarias derivadas de la Reforma Constitucional en materia de Guardia Nacional\u201d y \u201cExperiencias internacionales de la incursi\u00f3n de las fuerzas armadas en las tareas de seguridad p\u00fablica\u201d.<\/h4>

La L Asamblea General Ordinaria de la Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Organismos P\u00fablicos de Derechos Humanos (FMOPDH) se realizar\u00e1 este viernes 26 de abril.<\/h4>
