Personal de las visitadur\u00edas regionales y de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) fueron capacitados sobre el Protocolo para la Prevenci\u00f3n, Detecci\u00f3n y Actuaci\u00f3n en caso de abuso sexual infantil, con la finalidad de que los d\u00edas 2 y 3 de mayo expongan el tema a los L\u00edderes de Educaci\u00f3n Comunitaria (LEC\u00b4s) del Consejo Nacional de Fomento Educativo (CONAFE), Delegaci\u00f3n Hidalgo, en sus 20 sedes.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

La capacitaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo de la coordinadora del Observatorio de Ni\u00f1ez de la CDHEH, Ana Laura L\u00f3pez Tapia, quien explic\u00f3 que el Protocolo puntualiza las acciones que deben emprender madres y padres de familia, as\u00ed como el personal docente y administrativo, adem\u00e1s de las y los directivos del plantel educativo.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

El Protocolo referido consta de tres fases, la primera es la de prevenci\u00f3n que se enfoca en la promoci\u00f3n, informaci\u00f3n, concientizaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n acerca del problema.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

La segunda fase es la de detecci\u00f3n que destaca la importancia de conocer la normatividad, fomentar la cultura de la denuncia, tener una observaci\u00f3n activa, descubrir factores de riesgo en que pudieran estar ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes y reportar dicha situaci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Y, por \u00faltimo, la tercera fase, es la de actuaci\u00f3n que contiene lo relativo al registro, informar a los familiares, notificar a las instancias competentes y dar el seguimiento necesario.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

La coordinadora del Observatorio de Ni\u00f1ez de la CDHEH inform\u00f3 que la Comisi\u00f3n particip\u00f3 en la elaboraci\u00f3n de este Protocolo junto con la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica; el Sistema Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes; la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia; y la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes y la Familia de la entidad.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>
