La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) puntualiz\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) las acciones que se emprenden para dar cumplimiento a la recomendaci\u00f3n R-VG-0003-19, y evitar que se vulneren las garant\u00edas individuales de las y los hidalguenses.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

El procurador general Ra\u00fal Arroyo, acompa\u00f1ado por Arturo Flores Molina, Subprocurador de Derechos Humanos y Servicios a la Comunidad; Luz Mar\u00eda Ram\u00edrez P\u00e9rez, titular de la Fiscal\u00eda para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero; Jacob Tolentino, Director General Jur\u00eddico, Le\u00f3n Maximiliano Hern\u00e1ndez Vald\u00e9s, Director General de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas; V\u00edctor Austria Mercado, Director General de Relaciones Nacionales e Internacionales y Juli\u00e1n Gabriel Laurel Garc\u00eda, Director de Inform\u00e1tica, Estad\u00edstica y Telecomunicaciones de la PGJEH, acudi\u00f3 a la CDHEH para dar cuenta al Ombudsperson Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s de las medidas que se han tomado derivado de la recomendaci\u00f3n referida.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Las medidas que en la PGJEH se han tomado a partir de la observaci\u00f3n de la CDHEH son:<\/h4>

1-Implementaci\u00f3n de un Sistema Integral de Gesti\u00f3n Procesal Penal, proyecto inform\u00e1tico mediante el que se tendr\u00e1 un puntual seguimiento de las carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n y adem\u00e1s se podr\u00e1 identificar a v\u00edctimas e imputados registrados en otros delitos.<\/h4>

2-El compromiso de publicar el Protocolo para la Tramitaci\u00f3n, Expedici\u00f3n Y Cumplimiento de las \u00d3rdenes y Medidas de Protecci\u00f3n de Mujeres, Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os, Adolescentes y Personas Adultas Mayores, V\u00edctimas de Violencia.<\/h4>

3-Creaci\u00f3n de la Unidad para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero de la PGJEH, con la finalidad de promover una cultura de sensibilidad al interior de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

4-Establecer reuniones de trabajo con personal de las diferentes \u00e1reas de la Procuradur\u00eda y otras instituciones como el Centro de Justicia para Mujeres, para mejorar las pr\u00e1cticas en materia de protecci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Esto adem\u00e1s de los procedimientos administrativos que los \u00f3rganos de control interno determinen, con base en las posibles responsabilidades de los intervinientes en el caso que motiv\u00f3 la recomendaci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Durante la reuni\u00f3n, Ra\u00fal Arroyo expres\u00f3 que, a partir de hoy, comenzamos a cambiar el modelo de hacer las cosas respecto de las nuevas recomendaciones que la PGJEH a su cargo pueda recibir y asegur\u00f3 que en la instituci\u00f3n se trabaja para evitar que haya m\u00e1s recomendaciones.<\/h4>

\u201cSabemos que responder y aceptar la recomendaci\u00f3n no basta, eso cubre un requisito legal y hace que la instituci\u00f3n aparentemente cumpla, pero no es efectivo si no hacemos las cosas que nos recomiendan y corresponden\u201d afirm\u00f3.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Reiter\u00f3 que una vez analizada la recomendaci\u00f3n R-VG-0003-19, el personal de la Procuradur\u00eda comenz\u00f3 a trabajar para demostrar con hechos el resultado de las determinaciones que se han tomado.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u201cQueremos demostrar con hechos, que los Derechos Humanos nos ocupan, por ello extiendo la invitaci\u00f3n para que le CDHEH participe en todos los procesos que hemos anunciado y que tendr\u00e1n un impacto directo en el funcionamiento de la Procuradur\u00eda\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

El Procurador dijo tambi\u00e9n que esta nueva forma de atender las recomendaciones, permitir\u00e1 establecer acciones concretas que eviten la repetici\u00f3n de malos procedimientos que transgreden los Derechos Humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Por su parte, el ombudsperson hidalguense Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s, resalt\u00f3 que el sistema inform\u00e1tico ayudar\u00e1 a prevenir posibles violaciones a derechos humanos, por retardo de justicia o indebido proceso.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Asimismo, agradeci\u00f3 al Procurador Ra\u00fal Arroyo y a su equipo la disposici\u00f3n de trabajar en favor del respeto por los derechos humanos, ya que, las medidas implementadas demuestran el compromiso con esta Comisi\u00f3n defensora de los Derechos Humanos.<\/h4>
