PRECISIONES CDHEH SOBRE SITUACI\u00d3N UPP Y PROFESOR EN HUELGA DE HAMBRE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Con relaci\u00f3n a los acontecimientos ocurridos entre autoridades de la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Pachuca (UPP) y un profesor que inici\u00f3 huelga de hambre, la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) hace las siguientes precisiones:<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

1.- La CDHEH actu\u00f3 de oficio e inici\u00f3 la queja CDHEH-VG-0221-19 <\/strong>el mismo d\u00eda que el profesor tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de comenzar una huelga de hambre, y orden\u00f3 las medidas precautorias necesarias para preservar su salud<\/strong>; personal de la Comisi\u00f3n lo entrevist\u00f3 en el sitio de la huelga y tom\u00f3 su declaraci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n a los hechos; al d\u00eda de hoy la queja se encuentra en integraci\u00f3n y se est\u00e1 en espera de los informes correspondientes por parte de las autoridades involucradas, as\u00ed como la aportaci\u00f3n de pruebas por parte del quejoso.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

2.- La\u00a0 Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo niega categ\u00f3ricamente <\/strong>ser instrumento de presi\u00f3n, en ning\u00fan momento es pol\u00edtica de este \u00d3rgano Aut\u00f3nomo\u00a0 intervenir o presionar a quejosos o autoridades en ning\u00fan sentido, lo anterior en raz\u00f3n de diversas manifestaciones que se han hecho p\u00fablicas al respecto; la vocaci\u00f3n de servicio de las y los visitadores en el caso que nos ocupa es el de preservar la salud\u00a0 y conservar la vida <\/strong>\u00a0del profesor, raz\u00f3n por la cual intervino la Cruz Roja Mexicana, Delegaci\u00f3n Hidalgo, instituci\u00f3n mundialmente reconocida por su car\u00e1cter humanitario y de probada \u00a0neutralidad, con el \u00fanico objetivo de preservar el bien jur\u00eddico tutelado que constituye el derecho humano de m\u00e1s alta jerarqu\u00eda, la vida, aunado al derecho a recibir una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica adecuada.<\/strong><\/h4>

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

3.- <\/strong>La CDHEH reitera el llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda a evitar criminalizar y revictimizar a las personas que se encuentran en alguna situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad; la Visitadur\u00eda General cuenta al d\u00eda de hoy con diversas evidencias, las cuales ser\u00e1n desahogadas en su oportunidad y llevar\u00e1n a la resoluci\u00f3n de esta queja, sin intervenir en otros procesos legales de \u00edndole laboral o administrativa que pudieran derivar de los hechos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

4.- <\/strong>Por \u00faltimo, la CDHEH exhorta a las partes a fin de que dentro del marco de la Ley y el respeto a los derechos humanos lleguen a una soluci\u00f3n satisfactoria; las y los visitadores continuar\u00e1n el desahogo del expediente, hasta determinar si existieron o no violaciones a los derechos humanos<\/strong>, y de igual forma hacemos una invitaci\u00f3n a manejar la informaci\u00f3n de manera responsable evitando prejuzgar e incluso pretender manipular el uso de instituciones de buena fe.<\/h4>

La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo reafirma su compromiso con los Hidalguenses.<\/h4>
