\nEMITE CDHEH RECOMENDACI\u00d3N A LA PRESIDENCIA MUNICIPAL DE PACHUCA\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Por el Derecho a preservar la vida humana y el Derecho a la seguridad e higiene en el trabajo, la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) emiti\u00f3 la Recomendaci\u00f3n R-VG-0004-18 a la Presidencia Municipal de Pachuca.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Lo anterior, derivado de los hechos que tuvieron que ver con una falta en el deber de cuidado con el manejo de pagos en efectivo y de movimientos con la n\u00f3mina que trajo consigo la privaci\u00f3n de la vida de una persona.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Ante las acciones y omisiones de las autoridades involucradas, esta Comisi\u00f3n considera que se han vulnerado los derechos humanos de la agraviada, por lo cual, una vez concluida la investigaci\u00f3n, tal como lo constri\u00f1en los art\u00edculos 85 y 86 del mismo ordenamiento, es procedente emitir la presente Recomendaci\u00f3n, que se\u00f1ala principalmente:<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

PRIMERO. – Instrumentar mecanismos eficaces y propuestas para que los pagos a los servidores p\u00fablicos de la Presidencia Municipal, se realicen en forma electr\u00f3nica o se contrate un servicio especializado en traslado de valores y, en caso de que personal administrativo tenga que trasladarlos, invariablemente sea custodiado por personal policiaco y se tomen todas las medidas de seguridad.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

SEGUNDO. – Girar instrucci\u00f3n a efecto de que se evite que cualquier servidor p\u00fablico que dependa de ese Ayuntamiento, realice declaraciones que revictimizen a la agraviada.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

TERCERO. – Realizar de forma inmediata las denuncias que correspondan cuando se advierta la comisi\u00f3n de hechos posiblemente constitutivos de delito, en los que puedan ser v\u00edctimas las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas adscritas a esa Presidencia.<\/h4>
