Ante la presencia de las y los diputados de la LXIV legislatura del Congreso del Estado, el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH), Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que durante su gesti\u00f3n se trabajar\u00e1 bajo la premisa “todas las personas, todos los derechos”, con el fin de que haya inclusi\u00f3n e igualdad.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

En el encuentro encabezado por el presidente de la Junta de Gobierno del Congreso del Estado, Ricardo Ra\u00fal Baptista Gonz\u00e1lez, el ombudsperson hidalguense, reconoci\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s y la sensibilidad de las y los diputados en materia de derechos humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Explic\u00f3 los valores institucionales de esta Comisi\u00f3n, tales como: Respeto a la igualdad de las personas, acciones inclusivas en un marco de integridad, b\u00fasqueda de la justicia fomentando el respeto a la legalidad y actuar con imparcialidad en la protecci\u00f3n de derechos humanos<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

De igual forma, detall\u00f3 los ejes rectores de este Organismo y son: Desarrollo institucional; protecci\u00f3n y defensa; promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n; estudio, investigaci\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n; combate a la discriminaci\u00f3n; procuraci\u00f3n de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, as\u00ed como, transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Tras citar al ombudsperson nacional quien ha mencionado que “Nos dedicamos a proteger derechos, no privilegios”, el presidente de la CDHEH, habl\u00f3 de la necesidad de incrementar el presupuesto para el 2019 en un 25 por ciento, lo cual permitir\u00eda crear tres visitadur\u00edas regionales m\u00e1s, en Tepeji, Progreso y Molango.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Asimismo, para llegar a m\u00e1s hidalguenses en materia de capacitaci\u00f3n, dijo, se propone instaurar 15 nuevas plazas para que exista un representante de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva en cada visitadur\u00eda regional y as\u00ed capacitar a m\u00e1s personas.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Habib Nicol\u00e1s manifest\u00f3 que el plan institucional ha sido consensado con organizaciones de la sociedad civil, con las cuales se pretende realizar dos foros estatales.<\/h4>

Por su parte, el diputado Ricardo Ra\u00fal Baptista Gonz\u00e1lez, puntualiz\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s del Congreso del Estado, de que exista un Organismo fortalecido en su autonom\u00eda financiera y organizativa para garantizar a las y los hidalguenses el acceso y el respeto a sus derechos fundamentales.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
