La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH) en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Congreso del Estado de Hidalgo llevaron a cabo la Conferencia “Los derechos humanos en la funci\u00f3n legislativa” a cargo de la Mtra. Claudia Elvira Romero Herrera.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

La especialista en derechos humanos, destac\u00f3 que, los legisladores son los depositarios de la representaci\u00f3n popular, por lo que el poder legislativo tiene en sus manos la participaci\u00f3n social.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Puntualiz\u00f3 que, los derechos humanos como doctrina se van transformando en los diversos sistemas donde se vuelven aplicables, y los acomodan a su modo cultural. Explic\u00f3 que a cada derecho le corresponde una obligaci\u00f3n, y mencion\u00f3 las cuatro obligaciones b\u00e1sicas del estado:\u00a0 respetar, proteger, garantizar y promover los derechos humanos.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Entre los retos que se tienen para el cumplimiento de los derechos humanos, la abogada quien se ha desempe\u00f1ado como visitadora en la Defensor\u00eda de Derechos Humanos de Quer\u00e9taro, destac\u00f3: la falta de entendimiento de autoridad y ciudadan\u00eda sobre los alcances y l\u00edmites; se han puesto de moda; la banalizaci\u00f3n, es decir, cuando todo parece derechos humanos, y se pierde la relevancia; y la falta de \u00e9tica de algunos defensores de derechos humanos al defraudar esos fines.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Por su parte, el presidente de la CDHEH, Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s, agradeci\u00f3 el trabajar en conjunto con el Congreso del Estado, y destac\u00f3 que este Organismo protector de los derechos humanos siempre estar\u00e1 con las puertas abiertas, ya que, estos temas interesan a todos los hidalguenses.<\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

Finalmente, la diputada y presidenta de la mesa directiva en la LXIV Legislatura de Hidalgo Roxana Montealegre Salvador, destac\u00f3 la importancia de unir esfuerzos con la CDHEH, para caminar junto con los ciudadanos y contribuir a tener un mejor estado donde todos los derechos est\u00e9n garantizados.<\/h4>
