En conferencia de prensa, el Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo (CDHEH), Alejandro Habib Nicol\u00e1s, present\u00f3 a su equipo de trabajo, quien lo acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 durante la gesti\u00f3n 2018-2023.<\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Como Visitador General, Javier Ramiro Lara Salinas; Secretario Ejecutivo, Javier Jair Garc\u00eda Soto; Director General de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas, Oscar De la Vega Bezies; Visitador T\u00e9cnico, Jaime Hidalgo Gonz\u00e1lez; Visitador Especial, Mauricio Mac\u00edn T\u00e9llez; y Coordinador General de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva, Salvador Franco Cravioto.<\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Asimismo, el ombudsman hidalguense, fij\u00f3 su posicionamiento sobre los \u00faltimos hechos suscitados en algunos municipios de la entidad, que derivaron en linchamientos.<\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Expres\u00f3 que debe respetarse el art\u00edculo 17 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, al igual que el art\u00edculo 9 de la Constituci\u00f3n Local, los cuales establecen que nadie puede hacer justicia por su propia mano, destacando que \u201cquien hace justicia por su propia mano, no hace justicia\u201d.<\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, hizo un exhorto a la ciudadan\u00eda a que cualquier queja, malestar o actividad que se pueda suscitar en la vida cotidiana y que tenga relaci\u00f3n con hechos considerados como delitos deba ser canalizado por las autoridades que se encuentran establecidas en el estado o a nivel nacional, dependiente de la competencia.<\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n, hizo un llamado a las y los presidentes municipales al igual que a las corporaciones policiacas, porque son el primer contacto con la ciudadan\u00eda, exhort\u00e1ndolos a que atiendan las necesidades de las personas, y que a todos estos temas se les d\u00e9 el cauce legal correspondiente, asimismo, resalt\u00f3 que la ciudadan\u00eda no puede ser v\u00edctima y volverse victimario.<\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Puntualiz\u00f3 que, si las autoridades municipales no intervienen, la CDHEH estar\u00e1 al pendiente observando e interviniendo de oficio para iniciar las quejas que correspondan.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
